Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 3-5 days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email or sms. Then you can then track your order by simply clicking on the tracking number in the shipping email or entering your tracking number in our Track Your Order page. 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders generally take 3-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent forth to the post office). After your order has been processed, our shipping company for dispatch will then pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website. Shipping typically takes 7 to 25 business days varies depends on the country and exact address (tracking system available varies)

Q: Why does shipping take so long?

A: Our products are one of a kind and are ​significantly lower priced​ than other competitors in the industry. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be use done-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any information about our customers private details!

Q: How do I order on your website?

 A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Buy It Now" or "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does dreamspot.net provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold? 

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can get a free replacement without the need to ship the original one back to us with image/video proof sent first within 7 days of delivery date. New replacement will be sent only after our team approve your image/video proof. 

Q: Why can't I find a order confirmation email after I placed the order?

A: The system will send you a order confirmation email/SMS after you place the order depends on whether you provided an email or contact number. In some very rare cases, the email might goes to your junk/spam folder. If you still can not find it, you can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! 

Q: Can I cancel/change my order?

A: All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at ​ ​support@dreamspot.net ​ ​ as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel or make a change for an order that you have just made.
